Brix Restaurant and Gardens was just a random find for my birthday lunch. I did not expect that behind the restaurant was the most stunning view of the Wine County! Brix is situated on acres of gardens and
vineyards with spectacular views of the
Mayacamas mountains. Mr Sweetie treated me to such a fabulous birthday lunch of champagne, truffle fries and dungeness crab fondue at Brix. The best part was I was able to
take a brief stroll on the property after our lunch while Mr Sweetie acted as my paparazzi who stayed
behind to take my pictures. (And because the grounds were wet.) It has
been raining for weeks but we were given a break on that Saturday when
we went to Napa. The beautiful afternoon was another birthday present
from Above! :)
